One of the highlights of our stay was the convivial evenings at the dining table, where the host kept the conversation lively among guests from different nationalities. The food prepared by Bernadette was absolutely fantastic, using ingredients from their garden. Lastly, the family room had a stunning view and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

Just came back from a lovely city break in Northern France, staying at a charming countryside B&B. We loved the tranquil and peaceful surroundings, the gardens were breathtaking, and we enjoyed wandering by the river and pond. The homemade food was excellent, with delicious produce from their own garden, and the communal dinners were a great opportunity to meet other travelers. The themed rooms were individually decorated with lots of special touches, and the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and historic sites.

Although the rooms didn't have a TV or tea/coffee facilities, it wasn't a big deal for us, and we didn't mind making our own bed. The only downside was that they only accepted cash, which was a bit inconvenient, but they helped us find a nearby bank to withdraw money.
